Extremely appalling service

Clearly at FNB Gateway there are favorites. I've been waiting since 14:48 & now its 15:58 so I've been here for an hour and my query (card collection) hasn't been resolved. People coming before me have had their queries resolved. The service is in shambles. The manager is on her phone & not attempting to do anything about the fact that we've been waiting here for so long.
