Extreme poor service from FNB connect

What pathetic service yet again from FNB Connect. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! If you want to become a client they will assist, but if you want to switch providers and leave they are useless. After my previous complaint on Hellopeter they contacted me and assured me my number will be a prepaid as from 1 March. That was not the case as my bundles were loaded as usual. This after they assured me my porting was successful to another provider. In fact the porting could not take place because my number has not been changed to prepaid. I am DONE with FNB.
