Extreme ********** service!!!!!

This is the 2nd review that I have had to make in a space of about 2weeks. I am really tired of this bank now, I need to make arrangements to close all accounts and go elsewhere. First it was a nightmare to get my Wesbank vehicle loan, and now am being forced to continue using a covid relief loan that I refused extension off and requested closure over two weeks ago. Surely someone doesn't seem to care at all, I DON'T want that thing anymore, just close that DAMN thing and give me a settlement letter period as initially requested!!!
