Extreme frustration regarding covid relief fund

I have a covid relief fund on my account i extended the plan on the 30th of August 2020. Although the debit order was still taken from my salary.i was advised to allow 4 working days for a refund to be given!!! I am still waiting for this refund Ive been calling fnb for the past 2 days and getting transferred from department to department then having the call dropped on me multiple times

I would like this sorted out today and my refund given immediately and i have had it with fnb
