Extreme bad customer service

Worst customer service. Their call centre agents are working from home, which there's noises that are unprofessional to say the least not only that, the agents network is constantly unreliable. A simple query, a bond account statement.... 4 business days later, countless calls, 2 emails, 9+ agents later still no service. APPALLING to put it mildly
