EXTRA-ORDINARY EXCELLENT SERVICE WHEN LESS EXPECTED BY ABEDNIGO CHAUKE FNB MODJADJISKLOOF

I need to compliment and rate the service that I got from Abednigo Chauke, FNB Modjadjiskloof branch on the 07th October 2022 when I visited the Branch. I got excellent service, because he given time to explain my query to him, and he explained to me the process of how we are going to get the matter resolved. When I came to the branch, I had my of closing all my accounts moving to other banks; but after our interaction, he contacted FNB relevant departments at ago, instead of sending an email to FNB Department. Chauke contacted the merchant concerned customer care line with his own cell phone, and FNB put all the parties on a conference call because the merchant was putting from one pillar to the other and request this matter to be resolved. By this, the merchant never had an option but to action his instruction.

Instead of sending me to the Merchant in Tzaneen, he kept me and make sure that the merchant act on his instruction to instruct FNB to resolve my matter and which they did so. Out of all his efforts, I realised that my smile, happiness is at this point very important by going an extra mile, I am happy with the overall service, and I am still going to continue with FNB because he showed me he really care about his customers.

One thing I realized that he respects his staff members, most of his staff always interact with him and you can see the branch is blossoming with smiles and team work. And after Merchant was instructed, he further contacted Authorizations to make sure email was received. Chauke restored my hope and trust to FNB.
