Extra mileage taken: Pertunia Matlakala

Good day,

Petunia has been assisting me since 9:40 this morning with regards to uplifting a "hold" on my account and she has not thrown the ball but actually kicked it straight to the goalposts. I would hereby like to acknowledge the high level of customer service quality received from Petunia, she was quite patient with me from day one when she started assisting, trying to get me to understand the required documents that I had to send. There were moments when I couldn't get the documents or even understand what was required from me but she has always tried reaching out to me and explaining what was required exactly. Today she went on trying to get me assistance with the QA department and she was quite persistent and always kept in touch to help resolve the matter while she awaited feedback.

I can not stress the impact that great customer service quality has on people. Thank you Petunia Matlakala for being a superhero and adding value to FNB clients with no limit. May she do this great job even for other clients out there.
