Extra Mile
On the 16 May 2018, I visited the FNB Southgate branch. I was taken aback by the amazing service I received from Vuyisile Lumka, as a previous FNB customer who left the bank disgruntled years ago this gentleman was awesome, he went the extra mile to ensure that I left the bank a happy customer. I am in awe of people like him in the service industry. I truly applaud him, he served me with a smile whilst going beyond the call of duty. I am truly grateful.
