Extra Debit Order charges that are unnecessary - pay Me back my money.

Debit Orders were supposed to run on the 27th they didn't - I called them asking them why - they asking me to do the same thing I have been doing all along but they still ran the Debit orders ruining my account into more than R2,2k negative.

Highly disappointed, since last year I have been paying more than R2,200.00 on bank charges of failed Debit Orders that I paid, when I call and ask for the charges to be reversed they say it's automatic they can't reverse them. Now there is money in my account they are not debiting my account on the set date. I called all Loans department and their collections they can't fix this issue.

I have paid already more than R10k on bounced DO charges alone, I want my money back - and they must fix this Debit Order issue because when I transfer funds to their loans they still run them in the middle of the months.
