Extra charges

Good day,I have noticed small deductions from my account that I do not understand. Specifically:

I keep losing approximately R2 periodically. When I transfer money from my savings account to my main account, I lose R1 each time. I already pay a monthly fee of R115 for this account, so I would like to understand what these additional charges are for. Could you please clarify the reason for these deductions? If they are fees, kindly provide details on how they are calculated.
