EXTENSION OF PERSONAL LOAN WITHOUT MY CONCERN

In May 2023 I took a personal loan (less than R45 000) and chose a term of 2 years for repayment. 2025 July I still noticed that they're still debiting and I was worried but i decided to track it and hoped it will stop in December 2025. This January I decided to visit an FNB branch to ask why is it not cleared ..... coming to surprise I was told that my repayment term is 65 MONTHS. I asked why was it extended without my concern and I was informed that that's what they're seeing from the online contract and there's nothing they can do. I WANT IT STOPPED AND CLEARED
