EXPLOITING PEOPLE
Good day
I would like to express my deepest disappointment with FNB.
I sent money via E-WALLET, and the person’s sim card was damaged. They are unable to do a sim swop due to their network, and therefore was unable to withdraw the funds.
I contacted FNB, was told to phone their help desk. I called and explained and was told that they are charging me R50 for this reversal. The guy who helped me (Kingsley) was very arrogant, and was telling me how cheap they are.
I feel he could not be making such statements, as we all have different situations and he cannot compare his R10 or R50 to mine. He just put me off completely, and I feel very disgusted with the service received, and mostly the amount FNB is charging to reverse a E-wallet transaction.
The bank is now seen as legalised *******, who can just take from people whatever amount they see fit. Isn’t it fair enough that we are paying an arm and a leg for bank charges already…
WOW FNB, YOU AND YOUR STAFF HAVE OUTDONE YOURSELF EXPLOITING YOUR CLIENTS.
