Exploiters, Manipulative and Self centred

I have somehow managed to settle my credit card with FNB after they handed my account over. Now it has been a major back and forth to have FNB updating all the applicable credit bureaus. I have been sent from pillar to post, over 15 calls made which resulted in no resolution whatsoever - Now this is not only an example of bad service, but culture of uncaring and self centered nature.
