Exploited and ****med by FNB connect

Hello Peter may I be assisted in regards of Fnb connect i bought a watches that comes with 500GB but I experience exploitation from then they only give 10GB and its normal what I signed up for ,I always call them and enquire but its been way too long from 20th of December till present about the app offer I took for 500GB but they give 10GB i feel ****med and victimized

I didn't take a contract offer of 10GB I signed up for 500GB

Is this a customer care they are providing for us clients to **** us???
