EXPLOITATION

I had a personal loan with FNB and failed to pay it up due to unemploymeny. The bank handed me over to ITC. Upon getting a job this year, the bank made contact with me and offered me 20% off discount on my account on condition that I pay within 2days. <br> <br> The lady who called me gave me the exact discounted amount to pay. The following day, which was the 25/04/2015 I made the payment. Two days later I checked with SSD to confirm if my payment was received and it so confirmed. I was told that i am even cleared from ITC.<br> <br> A month weeks ago SSD contacts me that I owe them and should make immediate payment. I ignored the call as I thought its a mistake. They continued sending me threatening messages of handing me over. i was shocked and called immediately and they said I owe them regardless of the fact that I have sent the proof of payment numerous times.<br> <br> I feel exploited and humiliated because they phone me non stop and i believe that is harrassment, because I do not owe them any more.
