Explaination Lacking Substance

I spoke to an agent recent regarding some questions I have regarding my FNB Home Loan.
The query I had was why an amount gets withdrawn from my available balance on the home loan until the debit order has cleared?
And why the full amount is not available for with drawl for a period of up to 5 days. ****il the Debit Order clears)

The response I got from the agent was that this was caused done by the system. As if this I was just suppose to accept this. He could not explain anymore regarding this. I find this unacceptable. The agent should know the actual reason this is happening.

And why are we as the client carrying the risk. The debit order amount has left my account. Hence I have paid that account. Any movement of the debit order there after is the banks responsibility.

Finally, if this was policy. Then the bank should stipulate that you have to have a certain amount in your account at all times. Because with the zero balance, no money is taken off. Indicating to me that this is not a documented FNB policy.

No where in the home loan documentation. Does it say this will happen.
