Expired cards never delivered
FNB contacted me two months ago to say my cards were about to expire and they would send me new ones. I said great, thanks. Since then, nothing. Now my cards have expired and I can't use them. The bank says they are with the courier, the courier says they are with the bank. Either way they have made zero effort to deliver my new cards. Is there another way to get them? This is ridiculous.
