Expired Card but i Have to pay

I am seriously getting to a point where i no longer want to deal with FNB!!! I have a Gold chip card from FNB and the card expires at the end of March 2016. up to now i have recieved no notification that the card is delivered to the branch. when i asked if the card can be couried i was told that i would need to order a new card as they would need to cancel the one at the branch and courier is at a cost of R120. Now how am i supposed to pay for something that i was unaware of?

Then when i asked why it was not sent to my branch in Goldman Street i got told that my branch is in bryanston...

Really not happy with this service..

I would like my card couriered to me at no cost as this in not my fault.
