Experiencing problems with FNB Swipe machine facilities

I am a small business owner who has been using FNB Swipe facilities for a few years now, but recently, I have encountered a few problems with the swipe facilities, and it is creating tremendous stress. I have found that when people pay via Apple Pay or using their phones to pay via swipe facilities, the money is being withheld. Money is not released because it needs to be verified. The money is not verified because the bank does not follow up on your business banking, which, as a result, is not verified unless you enquire regarding the funds that do not reflect. The same thing happened again over the weekend with payments made, and I emailed them early this morning (10/06/2024). It is now 15:05 on 10/06/2024 after I sent a second email with no response. I would like to find out from them how this problem will be resolved or what alternative I have to ensure my business runs smoothly and no hassle.

I have not received any reference nr for today's complaints.
