I visited FNB Margate branch and I was assisted by Nelly a married lady. She was so friendly, helpful and responded to my needs quickly. The lady was so calm, smiling all the way. She greeted politely with a smile, treated me with respect and she went the extra mile to solve my problem, which made me feel valued and appreciated. I felt safe with her
