experience at the branch 04/09/2024

Well I am extremely unhappy about the service is got. Well this morning I drew money at a Capitec ATM in SSW and it did not come out, so went to a FNB branch near me. Well a dispute form was filled in and i finally got the money reversed back in my account a few hours later.

So i then decided to come to Stellies on business and then went to draw cash at FNB ATM near pick n pay. Well with my shock i was only allowed to draw R1000 and i know my daily limit is R3000.

So I then went to FNB near Eikestad Mall. Well i was so irritated that there is never enough consultants to help. Well finally after almoat seeme like 30min I was helped by an african lady at telller 4, well she did not know her finger from her elmbow and then another white lady came the young lady, well they said that because the money was reversed I can not draw rhe remainder of the R1000 which I think is rediculous.

They did not know what to say or wjat to do. Well i know that a consultant is supposed to know their product knowledge out of their head but they knew f....ll..I am disgusted on how I was helped with to resolution or they did not even ask their immediate superior for help. I will never come to your bank again and I will definetely close both my accounts with you, I am super disgusted
