Experian Listing for a teller loan,, paid over a year ago.

I made A quick loan at a teller, 30 day one, that bill was paid over a year ago, I am listed on Experian for this, after multiple emails sent to ***, i even got a call on a Friday afternoon saying it will be corrected the next week... its another month later and nothing.
