expensive for nothing

Expensive packages for nothing , im on the private wealth package , I'm supposed to have a personal banker , doesn't give zero feedback , basically pointless , and then on the secure chat ive been waiting 45 min, the agent has time to send messages that they will be with me shortly , but cant attend to me , which begs the question , why on earth should we pay more for the same **** service ,
