expensive banking fees, zero ebucks

I don't understand why I pay R399 bank fees EVERY month if I am on a gold account. I asked for an upgrade, however I see on my app it still shows gold account. anyway, the fees are WAY TOO HIGH in any case. I need FNB to DOWNGRADE this account so I can earn e-bucks as the salary request on this account is higher than what I earn monthly and because of that I dont earn ebucks??? I AM NOT HAPPY WITH AN ACCOUNT FEE OF R4OO AND BEING ****** OF EBUCKS BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency.
