Exorbitant fees on cash withdrawal

Today I withdrew a large sum of money which I was forced to reserve with the branch the day before. Whilst the staff were all very professional, not once was I informed of the exorbitant fees I would be charged for taking my OWN money! R 1407 !!!!! For withdrawing R 67 k, this is in my opinion madness, and not once was I made aware of this. Not when I called to reserve the funds having spoken to Patricia, nor in the branch when making the withdrawal. To top this off, I call the so called Premier Bankers and speak to someone who very clearly does not understand customer service. In a rhetorical question, I say to him that I can not believe the cheek to charge me that much for a simple withdrawal, he proceeds to tell me " That is correct yes"

I have only been with FNB for two months now, and experienced more problems with them than I ever did whilst with Standard bank. cards that aren't activated, exorbitant fees, for what as essentially not such a large withdrawal and now my in- contact doesn't work, what is next??
