Exorbitant fees and unfair service

I opened my FNB account nearly 20 years ago, and recently I’ve noticed that I’m being charged for every transfer made to non-FNB accounts. This is in addition to the regular transfer and administration fees I already pay each month. I’m not sure when this started, but it’s something I’ve been monitoring closely.

After all these years, I feel that my loyalty as a long-time customer hasn’t been appreciated. Every home loan application I’ve submitted to FNB has been declined, while Standard Bank has been far more supportive.

At this point, I’m seriously considering moving my remaining funds to a bank that truly values its customers and offers better service.
