Exorbitant fees
Charged for unpaid fees not to my own doing as the vehicle double charged me for December by error but it being R764,00 as a penalty is ******ionate! I am now further unemployed and asked to downgrade my account but even that wasn’t attended to. I understand fees have to be charged but not 3x over even why my monthly bank charges are! I need to report this to the ombudsman as it is not the first time it is happening

07 Jan 2026, 06:14I received and email to say the complaint is resolve by Lydia Mpyana but I wasn’t even called to discuss the complaint and the extra bank charge remains so it cannot be declared resolved when the high charge remains! It’s like she didn’t even read the complaint as again I stated that this high fee charge happened again this month of January as it did in December 2025. Not satisfied with her complaint resolution
