Exorbitant charges!!!!!

I’m very livid this morning, to say the least. I’ve been suspecting that I’m paying more than I thought I’d be paying on the account option I downgraded to but this morning I actually found out how much I’m being charged, IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!! R197 service fees R24 value added fees monthly account fee R260, can you explain? When I wanted to downgrade the banker was playing wishy washy with me telling me that they couldnt downgrade right away and then trying to convince me several times not to downgrade. They downgraded but wouldn’t downgrade to the lowest account I wanted because my money is a lot for that account option. Well, now I want you to downgrade to the lowest account option because I will no longer have “a lot of money” coming through to that account. This tactic of saying you can only downgrade in 7 days it’s all bs and a way of you getting more money on charges because by then you will charge me pro rata but if you had to do it today I might not be charged much if any. So downgrade my account today asseblief, I’m soooo gAtvol with this.
