Exorbitant bank charges

Department of Justice deposit R350 into my savings account, I buy airtime with the same bank at R29.00 and when I go to the bank 3 days later my balance is R150. Can the bank charges be R171.00. That is very high and it is the reason that today I had to close my notice account because of such high and crazy bank charges. Can someone tell me how I paid bank charges of a savings account at R171.00? That is day light ******* and it is again 1 big reason why I cannot switch to your ******* bank and I am also encouraging people that I know of to even check other banks and move their accounts out of FNB fast. How can I pay such high bank charges???
