Exorbitant bank charges

<p>I recently switched to Islamic banking and got great service from Junaid Isaacs at the FNB Claremont main road branch. I specifically asked if the costs would be the same as my previous cheque account and Junaid confirmed that it would be. I'm not charged for so many things that I never paid for before. I'm paying more than doube in bank charges compared to before. I was assured that all costs will remain the same but that isn't the case now. I've sent Junaid multiple emails but no response. Why did nobody mention these extra costs to me?</p>
