existing complaint with FNB ***

The reference number is: *** i was called back by Manqoba who explained why there was a mistake on fnb side for the double debit however they supposed to refund my Money on Friday , till today no feedback on where is the money ?i have been trying since yetserday to get hold of Manqoba, all i ask is someone call me back or at elast pay my m,money back ASAP a sit is FNB fault not mine
