Exhausting keeping a watchful eye on FNB

my monthly review, just you think i dont know, you have not paid out my smart spend tier 3 for this month. And if you wanna come back with the lame excuse of it is allocated on what is banked , i banked enough last week and Tuesday 22 August already to reach tier 3. today is the 30th August and you still didnt allocate my tier 3 e-bucks....just keeping a watchful eye on you...as always
