Am not sure if someone there that's dealing with my query has a mental illness or this person was in a slow learners class.

I have been dealing with FNB from July & December we're still talking the same thing. Am not sure how many times I should be saying this. My dispute is not that I do not know the payment made to Kulula on the 07 July 2015. Am fully aware of that payment. What I'm disputing is that when I called on the 9 July I was told by your consultant that the money could be reversed. Based on the incorrect information that I was given I want my money back from FNB. A whole lot of retarded people have called me & yet could not resolve my query because am still singing the same song on Christmas eve. I have attached the call again for you people to listen to it.

I don't work for the bank hence I called on the 9th July to find out if what I wanted to do was possible or not. Am sure you fully aware that as per FIAS your are obligated to give me correct information. So please reverse that money back into my account & while doing that credit my account with the fees that you charged me for in October when you were busy harassing me saying my account was overdrawn
