EXEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Last week Friday I went to fnb Bank in Sasolburg, I must say the Customer Service that I received from Marlies (not sure if it's her correct name ) and Michelle those ladies made me feel like the only customer, I was assisted very fast and they were so patient with me. I was so happy to get such service, I hope they treat all the customers with the same exeptional customer service please let them know that we need champions like them in the banking industry?
