Exemplary service

I had occasion on Saturday, 25th of January to go into the First National Bank branch at Cresta Centre. The new décor is utilitarian at best, but the service was first rate. Having been handed a ticket and number with an estimated waiting time of 34 minutes, I sat down to wait my turn. What I observed was impressive: the manager/duty manager was on the floor, interacting with his colleagues and with the bank's clients and ensuring that special requests and urgent matters received his attention promptly and personally. What an amazing example of genuine and friendly service to all the bank employees on duty! A young man named Simphiwe, who served me - after a shorter than anticipated wait - was charm itself and sorted my business out in no time at all. Thank you Cresta Branch.
