I launched a complaint with Fnb regarding wallet outstanding payment with Hello Peter portal

There was and Fnb agent with the name Crytal Augustas She was with me from the first day asking email for details and today She came back with the positive feedback regarding my complaint

We need people like her because she is a great example to her employer and the brand Fnb as she is a great brand ambassador.

Thank you Crystal people from Fnb Waterfall mall did nothing with my complaint but you went out of your was to meet and exceed my expectations I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart
