Execeptional service at FNB Primrose

I have just been assisted by Mpho and Keitumetse at Primrose branch with changing the name of the organization. I struggled extremely at another branch but the staff and Co-manager at Primrose. The experience got really exceptional and I cannot emphasize the relief I have right now. The patience, resilience, the urge to assist and the effort taken to ensure they understand my request after struggling for too long, is very appreciated. I hold Primrose branch very high and staff thereoff. Mpho and Keitumetse are the best when it comes to customer service, they treat customers with care and priority. We still need people like them in branches they are really invested in their job. Customer service is all about going this extra mile.
