Excuses

I just got an call from ebucks stating that the credit card department said i did not get points because of the covid relief fund or something but i can see on my account every month that my auto payment of R500 goes off every month on time the 1st please assist i have the proof on statements. And still points are not allocated for my life insurance which is greater than R400 000
