Excruciating pain with high blood pressure and heart palpitations!!!! ;-)

To chat to agent on the FNB APP is excruciating and only gives me high blood pressure and heart palpitations - they take forever to reply, by then you have to log in again on the app and by the time you get to the chat - they have closed the chat!!! And don't fall for the promotional **** - spend R500 and you will get a voucher... Ja, sure... if you can find it... that is why I contacted the bank.... and was told I have to purchase the voucher - that was the 4th agent... I am giving up.
