Excessively delayed access to our funds....again

We have had recurring issues with FNB taking excessively long to release funds into our non-resident account. We sent documentation over 8 days ago and they're still holding our funds. While I understand the need to vet the funds it doesn't make sense how some days its resolved same day, and other times we've waited up to 2 weeks. Its not a reliable way to do business.
