EXCESSIVE PENALTIES

32 DAY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH FNB

Attached herewith my 32 day statement account. As said earlier, I am single and trying to make end meets, I have a Debit Order of R100.00 deposited into the account on the 15th monthly. At the beginning of the year I decied to safe money, R10 1st week, R20 2nd week etc.(R60 paid 17/01 R10,R20,R30 for the 1st 3 weeks of the year).

The point I am trying to make is, at the end of the day, the money saved is my money, only invested with FNB, so during a crisis I had to pay a penalty fee of R250.00,

Really paying a penalty on your own hard earned savings. What a disgrace. We pay to the banks, the interests required and debited on our accounts, and then penalise us when we want to make use of our savings.

Why am I sending this e-mail, because we the clients need a voice out there to speak on our behalf, and therefore I am trusting hallo Peter to talk on my behalf.

I turst you will all see and hear my "out cry".

Trust to hear from you shortly.
