Excessive Interest rate

I recently took 2 loans at FNB one for R20000 and R78000. I never received the loan agreement, but I just checked on the statement of the account online and I realise that the interest charged on the loan is a 32.65%.

I find this to be ridiculously high, I mean for an example on the R78 000 loan which I took in September am paying R3 600 and the interest charged is R2,105.27. When I took the loan we agreed it will be payable over 24 months, however with the balance still over R70 000 after 3 months of paying, am not convinced that the loan will be fully paid within 2 years.

My concern is the interest charged, is this the market related interest rate charged on the loan. I feel this is not right. I tried to get clarity on the interest from the bank with no success.

Please assist
