Excessive interest charges on personal loan

Be careful when accepting a personal loan, T&C are not explained. I app**** for a loan took a fraction of the amount and is charged for the full loan amount, though I transfered the money I didn't need immediately back into the loan account. And No one cares though, I've complained several times to my so-called banker and written emails... Completely unacceptable.
