Excessive charges

I have a charge of R351 from Dischem that appeared on the 26th of March I had a chat with a banker and they told me that they banked the amount late so that’s why there is a charge of R351 , now I just checked my app I have another charge of R180 item paid no funds when I asked the banker she said its a charge for the R351 that they tried to debit on the 10 of March which is not showing under my transactions that they tried debiting the amount, its not my problem that the bank didn’t take their money when I had funds on my account cause when I made that purchase I had funds on my account even on the 10th of March I had funds on my account now I have a huge charge of R522 that I know nothing about and I’m disputing that charge of R180 because its not my problem that the bank delayed with transactions I don’t mind paying the R351
