Excessive and unreasonable penalties

<p>I underwent a difficult finacial crisis last month which resulted me having insufficiant funds in my account to pay all my debit orders.<br />I tried to stop some of the debit orders but they still went through. at the end i had 7 debit orders failling and fnb chaged me a fee of R138 for each failled debit order. I find this very highly unreasonable and excessive, I'm already struggling financially and the bank i've been loyal to for the past 7 years is making my financial situation worse. Now i have to pay over R1000 for failled debit orders. Where will i get this money from? Your penalties are very unreasonable please review and remove those penalties otherwise i have no choice but to find a new bank.</p>
