Excess Items Fees

R2900 went off my business account this morning - upon enquiring it is for Excess Items Fees x 20. Now, firstly, when the card is swiped the amount is taken from my account - the balance available minus the item swiped for. If there is no available balance for the transaction, it is declined. How can FNB then charge me out of the blue for 20 items - 20 transactions that went through successfully and taken off my account, yet I still get penalized with R2900? This is in addition to almost R3000 bank charges for the month, which I am also not certain what it is all for. This is a heck of a lot of money to be deducted for BANKING CHARGES. I would like this R2900 returned to my account as I have paid for all 20 transactions successfully on the day of the purchase. Every month money disapears from the account, we are never sure of what the available balance actually is, as it can change at any minute. I am at this point to nervous to give my FNB account details, as money could be deducted out of the blue at any time. I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I would like a refund on this Excess Fees. <br>
