Excess Item Fee - Not Justified

I have been billed R105 as a fee for not having sufficient funds in my FNB account when a Debit order came off. Reason being I keep most of the money in a separate Savings account... all linked under the same profile. Its a ripoff that you don't take the funds in other Accessible accounts into account.
So you penalise me for not loggin in and ensuring I transfer enough money across - This is a inconvenience. I would rethink a better strategy here!
Do not give me a call just to tell me that \This is how it is and we cannot do anything about it"- cause thats a lie! You guys just want to make more money and don't want to do extra work to make a work around."""
