#Excess item fee ********** charges

FNB is really irritating with their poor services and unfair charges. On the 26th August 2021 they charged #Excess item fee on my business account. I then complained and the consultant failed to assist. If they don’t know what is this charge for, I’m surprised why does it still there because they were supposed to reverse it. I am tired of this bank and their poor customer service not forgetting ********** charges.
