#EXCESS ITEM FEE? FNB means ****************!

I am being charged, month on month, between R350.00 & R600.00 for something that I clearly did not agree to...The latest charge was an #EXCESS ITEM FEE - So why is it my problem or fault if a merchant does his banking later? why am I charged for that? and R3.00 for a "Scheduled Payment Alert" -Really? I am using your bank because of these awesome promises you made, and you should actually be grateful that I am using your bank with the service fees attached to it - And that is not the only problem - I am being charged for Debit Orders that I have no idea what they are for....like why? FNB cannot load a debit order without my authorization... Definitely thinking about moving back to Nedbank - #switchtofnbtoget******
