#EXCESS ITEM FEE totaling R355 - How are you helping me by charging me this ridiculous amount instead of just dishonoring a payment if am not aware there are no funds in my account. I totally am considering leaving FNB after 10 years and closing my 2 business accounts and personal account. The same condition/algorithm that determines when to charge this fee, could also send me an sms to warn beforehand, instead, I get ambushed like this. Not nice and not what I expect from my bank!
